Found out that it is an Automate issue ??

FIX:

If you have customized your WooCommerce email template using a plugin like MailPoet, you may notice that these changes are not reflected in your AutomateWoo emails. This is because, by default, AutomateWoo emails use the original default WooCommerce transactional email template, without any modifications from customizer plugins like MailPoet.

To make your AutomateWoo emails inherit the changes you made using MailPoet, you would need to manually override the default WooCommerce email templates with the modified versions. This can be done by copying over the template files from MailPoet’s custom template folder and pasting them into the appropriate directory in your active theme.

Alternatively, you can create a custom template for your AutomateWoo emails, as described in the AutomateWoo documentation. This way, you can ensure that all your emails, both WooCommerce transactional emails and AutomateWoo emails, use the same custom template and are styled consistently.

Yes! 

I’m working on some subscription e-mails that need a specific trigger. That’s where we use AutomateWoo.

eg.
Gift Subscription paid
> Email to customer. “thank you for your order”
> Email to subscription.recipient. “Congrats! You received a Gift Subscription”

1. Mailpoet Woocommerce default template (custom logo in header / custom footer)
