The issue seems to be with WooCommerce, not WordPress.

i want to remove everything with the pointing arrows and only leave “Products”

i already notified my webhost about this.

seem to me wp_automatic_hook is what’s causing the problem, since the plugin has to run scheduled tasks.

it is already disabled. i suspect it left some garbage in the database or somewhere else. do you you of any good plugin that can verify and delete invalid entries in the database or check the entire website in dept for inconsistencies? thanks.

it was really a mess because a a few different plugins were installed and uninstalled. don’t remember the exact names but one of them was something like “remove date, coments…”, another one was just “disable comments”, other “remove author, date, etc”. they are all either uninstalled or disabled and database has been cleaned as mentioned.

you may notice author and date are now enabled and working fine, the only thing missing is the comments. initially the client didn’t want them to appear, now he does to enable more engaging.

we figure there must be a line of code to insert in functions.php or somewhere else that could do the trick. thanks.

already taken care of, i couldn’t find the right section in the customize area of the theme. thanks!

regarding the footer issue, now the section doesn’t even appear under widgets!

Andrew, the theme is called Solon and it doesn’t have the needed option. I could rewrite CSS with proper instructions. Thank u.

As previous post, i’m looking 4 a solution too. Anyone?
