Kadence Themes – you are spot on! All looking as it should again. I’d tried reselecting the heading fonts, but didn’t think to try the body font. Will remember for future reference.

Hmmm. Well I’ve scheduled daily backups – both file and database, but it’s not actually doing any.

The last backups are the ones that I’ve manually completed. I’ve logged in via the file manager just to check and it only shows ones that I manually ran on the 15th and 23rd.

Testing the FTP settings is successful.

Anything else I can check, I’m probably doing something wrong but cannot think what…

And does this mean that the back up is useless? or just that I’ll need to manually delete older backups?

I don’t have any FTP details entered into the FTP areas to test. I’ve never used it on this site and don’t have the FTP details. Just been managing it from within wordpress itself, and down loading the odd file as a local backup.

The host did say they have recently changed settings to comply with Credit Card requirements around security and encryption. Could it be that?

Not used this before so hopefully I’ve done it okay. Looks like the back up may be complete although it says ‘not finished’ next to it in brackets. Should I just ignore?

It didn’t appear to make any difference at first until I changed the px size then the colour changed to dark grey. Works now anyway.

Solved it myself.

Created another page called Portfolio2 with exactly the same settings and this worked fine.
Deleted the old portfolio and renamed the portfolio2 page to portfolio and updated the permalink.
Wasn’t working again – so seemed like a permalink issue.
Cleared for the second time (saved as default, then again as post type) and now it’s all working fine.

Hi, I had trouble with this too. I clicked on the Upload button in Basic Settings. A small window opened where I clicked the select files button to browse to the file location. It would load to 100% then say Crunching… The file size is only 138KB so shouldn’t be any trouble with size.
Also tried using Media Library and the window just went blank, and the same for Gallery.

I got it to work by dragging and dropping the file in instead then clicking on Use This button – The other options had the text Add to Post, maybe this gives and indication why it doesn’t work…

This is probably a really dumb question but I’m going to ask anyway as I’ve spent twenty minutes looking – but where can I find the Documentation?
