Yes it only happen when checking out with Apple Pay.
You don’t get to the shipping address screen, the checkout happens on the cart page.

The checkout with Apple Pay is possible when the DHL features (Packstation, Postfiliale) are turned off, but then we are unable to process orders with Packstation-addresses.
