I’m running PHP 5.6 but am getting this error message when I try to activate S&R: “This plugin can not be activated because it requires at least PHP version 5.4.0.”

I think I have the same question. If I change the permalink structure in Settings > Permalinks, will this plugin redirect posts to the new link? I would like to change from https://www.site.com/2015/04/sample-post/ to https://www.site.com/category/sample-post

Having the same problem. Installed plugin but not seeing “header” option in “appearance” menu.
