In reply to: [Responsive Flickr Gallery] Only one columnI can see paragraph tags in the html of the gallery that was NOT inserted by the RFG Plugin! They do not belong there.
I have not seen those before. Not sure if they come from your theme or another plugin that makes a preprocessing before the html code is send to the browser. You could check if you have plugins that to changes to your html code.
Maybe you can try another theme – just to identify the root cause for the paragraph tags. I can’t reproduce the problem here – tried with default WP them “Twenty Thirteen”.Let me know what causes the insertation of the paragraph tags.
I guess you have a plugin that changes newlines to paragraphs and br tags…Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Responsive Flickr Gallery] Only one columnTry Version 1.2.1. Should solve your problem.

In reply to: [Responsive Flickr Gallery] Colorbox error and description with linkLink in the description is by design and should be okay – it’s encoded in the alt attribute. Makes valid html like this:
alt='My Twins <a style="margin-left:10px; font-size:0.8em;" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/60951359@N00/2110953437/" target="_blank">@flickr</a>'
(The line above might not correct here – but it is in the html-sourcecode of the demo page)
Can’t reproduce the other problem that you mention. URL?

In reply to: [Responsive Flickr Gallery] Only one columnThanks for the test URL – worked this time.
It looks like the wrapper DIV from your theme is not wide enough to allow multiple columns.Try to set columns to 2.
If that does not work use smaller images.Last but not least try another theme temporary – should should see that with a wider wrapper around the gallery more than 1 column will be possible. Hope this helps.
I also confirm that there is a glitch with some themes that makes it impossible to use multiple columns. That’ something that will be improved with next version – but that might take some time. Thanks for your patience.

In reply to: [Responsive Flickr Gallery] Only one columnI get errors on that URL.
Have you tried different themes? I’m pretty sure this problem is not seen with every theme cause it works as it should on development and testing installations. There is no such error known. I can’t reproduce the problem that you describe. Will try your URL later. Please try to keep it up and running for test purpose.

In reply to: [Responsive Flickr Gallery] 100% commercial plugin!Regarding the Adsense feature: The idea is to allow gallery users to monetize their flickr photos on their site in an elegant way with responsive Google Adsense ads places seamlessly into the gallery.
This is basically not a problem as I have understood Matt Mullenweg posted on the www.remarpro.com support forums:
There are plenty of plugins that tie into third-party services, for example Google AdSense, and some of them have no free versions. That’s totally fine as long as the plugin is totally GPL.
I have now double checked the plugin guidelines and found that:
If the plugin does include advertising from a third party service, then it must default to completely disabled, in order to prevent tracking information from being collected from the user without their consent. This is the method commonly known as “opt-in”.
Version 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 are not compatible with that requirement. I’ll disable the Adsense feature by default as required by the guidelines. An updated version 1.1.1 with “opt-in” will be available asap.
