Thanks for testing Paco. As mentioned all my courses belong to just a single category, they just have no tags. However after your reply I created a test course, with a test category and a test tag to test the tag option in point creation and the option to define WHEN by tag type still doesnt work. So there must be a conflict somewhere.

Thanks for the response. So to follow up, I am using the mailchip for wordpress plugin. In the boxzilla box all I has was the shortcode pulled from the mailchimp for wordppress plugin.

When I pulled the shortcode from the existing boxzilla box that was causing issues and replaced it with simple text the issue did seem to be resolved so as you eluded to it appears to be the content from the mailchimp for wordpress content thats causing the problem.

I will have to poke around some more and see if I can determine why its happening.

Just some additional info. box is set to display everywhere, 5 sec delay, 1 hour trigger, 1 hour dismiss. Template is MH Magazine. Have a few plugins installed but no custom coding done.

Due to the issues it was causing I had boxzilla disabled. I have just reenabled it if you would like to check again.
