No, I went ahead and used a different plug-in, which didn’t work as well as Noodle, but close enough.

Turns out it was easily fixed.

I simply moved the code for the site navigation above the code for site header image in the header.php

Just add this code:

.primary-sidebar .widget .widget-title {
border-top: 5px solid #58a834;
}

This will be the same thickness as the content sidebar border. You can change #58a834 to whatever color you want to make the border with the help of a site like this https://www.colorpicker.com/
