I will let you know if there are any other issues.
Thank you.

When I attempt to select My Sites, I get a pop-up box with “Please check your primary site’s jetpack connection” wp-admin X
Selecting the wp-admin link, it sends me to fusedwhimsey.com/wp-admin, which is not found since my current site is no longer using WP.
Thank you.
Tom
I would like to request the same service. Jetpack has been reporting issues of my site being down (and then back up), but I believe it is running from within this www.remarpro.com environment and I don’t have access to my previous WP-ADMIN function. The site is https://www.fusedwhimsey.com.
I did start Jetpack when I was using the WordPress environment, with my site being hosted on Inmotionhosting. I’ve moved the site to Squarespace and will eventually set up the Jetpack process via that configuration.
If I am wrong on where this is coming from, I’d appreciate any comments/suggestions you may have.
Thank you for your assistance.

In reply to: Instant WordPress to GoDaddy.com?pinkplaid – having the same types of problems you are. Everyone says you can get a WP site up in an hour, but that is because they’ve spent a large amount of time getting to that point! You start out on one topic (product import/export for example) and the next thing you know you are 3 hours into it and your site still isn’t correct.
Seriously, WP Migrate DB Pro appears to be a bit easier, but I started with duplicator and was able to bring my site down to use within InstantWP. Now using a premium theme and trying to get my site set up the way I want in a development mode, rather than on the production site.
Let me know if I can help out in any other way.

In reply to: Moving a live site to InstantWp for development purposes. In the future, the duplicator plugin works great for bringing a complete copy of your production site down to your development configuration using InstantWP. Read the docs on duplicator, because you will be need to delete your some of your wordpress environment on your development configuration to install the duplicator files.
I haven’t moved my site back up to production yet, so I’m note sure how that will work.
There are others – Backup creator and WP Migrate DB, but I have not tried them yet.
