Since version 3.0.0 of the pro version, you can set permissions per role, which will allow you to enable the widget for other users/roles.

If you closed the widget, you can re-enable it by going to your WordPress admin dashboard, click on “Screen Options”, then enable “Lara, Google Analytics Dashboard Widget”.
