Yes, I talked with hosting company and they didn’t do anything with my hosting and they claim that everything should be work.

I can’t do anything. When I enter the page with plugins on my cokpit and click switch on some plugin, site is overloading and there show communicate that plugin became switch on but it is still switch off. The same problem is with any change with default theme, I choose other theme, click on them and is communicate that it is active but I still have old theme.

and if it will be enabled my problem still exist? or no?
