If you have an issue with being locked out from your website by Cerber, check if you have the ‘other forms’ setting activated in the spam settings. If you have, try disabling spam checks for ‘other forms’.

Hello, sorry I missed your reply.

I don’t have any logs with this info. The support at ManageWP informed me of the 403. The ManageWP backups are only monthly on some of my sites so I will set a reminder to switch malcure off for the next scan.

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t see the other response you sent and it had been a while since we had the issue so we had fixed it and moved on.

I believe the issue was some kind of conflict with another theme overriding settings which we eventually got to the bottom of.

Thanks Trumani, the two I will use it on to begin with are Contact Form 7, and possibly the Divi contact form. Do you have any knowledge if it works with those?

I found this line of code in the CSS:

.vp-portfolio__item .vp-portfolio__item-img noscript+img {

display: none;

}

So I created this line of code to override it and the plugin is now working again:

.vp-portfolio__item .vp-portfolio__item-img noscript+img {
display: unset!important;
}
