I simplified the tag to take out the categories section of the tag (in case that was the issue) – it keeps adding the second tag. I turned off the campaign the other tag was in, that didn’t work. Support suggested it might be an “action set” issue, so I got rid of anywhere that tag was used there. Still didn’t fix it.
I’ve been on the phone with infusionsoft several times trying to fix this issue. They try as much as they can but keep coming back to “we can’t know exactly how the 3rd party plug-in is working.”
