Thanks so much for getting back to me. Yes, I confirmed that the WooCommerce Product Add-ons is activated. I actually put the added the add-ons to the entire category of products, not at the individual product level, so maybe that is why you don’t see it there?

Thanks for getting back to me – I did reach out and have not received a response back. I wonder if they will respond as I don’t have an actual paying account with them. Is there any way to override this error in the mean time with some other settings?
1. I want to charge a flat rate of 9% to any customer in Illinois
2. I don’t want to charge any tax to any customer outside of Illinois.
