I don’t see a way to edit the contact form and email optin modules globally. Neither of those modules is being used anywhere on the site. It is possible to put a contact form module on the page and disable recaptcha, but, as far as i can see, to edit the general module doesn’t seem to be a possibility.
Any ideas?
