In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Not receiving emailsOkay so I’ve checked the log of my mail server but there are no records of these contact form emails at all. When I contacted GoDaddy they said that it was showing in their log as sent.

In reply to: [Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster] Broken Layout Elements upon InstallationOkay here you go – I just uploaded it to my domain so I could link it over.
So the layout element is a container divided up into halves, with half being an image slider and the other half some sort of text based element. For some reason it’s only the one on the homepage that seems to have been broken upon installation;

In reply to: [Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster] Broken Layout Elements upon Installation(Sorry if this is a dumb question but can you upload images here? I’m not seeing an attachment button.)
In the meantime, some more information in case this helps… So after realizing that the icon issue was unrelated, it turns out the homepage is actually the only page that has this bug, despite the fact that other pages have this same layout element. I was able to fix it by switching on the option “Do not apply any CSS & JavaScript settings (including preloading, “async”, “defer” & any unload rules) on this page” – however then I uninstalled again, because I wasn’t sure if that meant it was also removing defer rules from other plugins?

In reply to: [Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster] Broken Layout Elements upon InstallationOh – I just noticed, in addition to certain broken layout elements I am also seeing some icons not presently loading on the following pages;

https://www.fisherglen.ca/about-us/I may uninstall the plugin for now until I hear your recommendations just to keep the live site as it’s supposed to be, but if you need it to be installed to diagnose the issue just let me know and I will do that!
Cheers,
LanaThanks!
Do you know how I could find out whether the issue is just due to the directory change, (for example I had to go in and manually reset a few thing in my Revolution slider after we switched to the permanent domain, so I thought maybe we were having a similar issue with the contact form) – however my client also switched up their hosting server right before launch; (I don’t know too much about servers/hosting so this is a little outside of my expertise, but what my client said was that the host recommended switching from a windows server to a linux server, so that’s what they did.
Any further help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,

In reply to: [Advanced iFrame] Help with height adjustFeedback? I don’t know… It didn’t really help I guess?
I think maybe the appointment booking service is just incompatible, because I added that line of JS multiple times in their editor, but it just doesn’t seem to read or appear in the source code afterwards. I wound up giving up and settling on just linking over to the service instead of doing an on-site integration.
