Had the same issue. I then changed the status to draft using “quick edit”. (had to do it in list mode/All Posts). After that I was able to delete it.

It worked great for me. I read the instructions, backed up my sites and ran it. No issues. I will say however, I examed the files first and selected them individually (as opposed to the “delete all” Option) for deletion. I did this with multiple sites with add on and primary hosting and it worked perfectly.

Just saying.

I have the exact same problem. It totally destroyed my mobile layout and even when I disabled it, it wouldn’t come back. I am TOTALLY stressed out over this and would appreciate any help to be found. My email is [email protected] and I am hoping to hear from you as this could cost me my job!

I tried this both in the original theme and in a child theme. It put the desired image behind the default. Any advice?
