Hi @andrewza !
I think that my website is too complex…
I use PMP with Learnpress, so I have the plugin to integrate Learnpress with PMP, and Paid Memberships Pro – Cancel on Next Payment Date, Paid Memberships Pro – Events Add On,
Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On, Paid Memberships Pro – Zapier Add On.
And I have also Woocommerce with Learnpress…I don’t have a cache plugin, because, I already had problem with it.
But I remove the acces to subscription annual of the table of price. And I give the link to validate only for my old customers. Is it possible that the problem comes from there ?
… I try to create a new annual level… Maybe that resolve this problem…
Thanks you for your help !

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Some translations not possible (WordPress Core)Hello @raffi_s !
I have the same problem : I don’t see the new translation on the font of my website. It is the same after sync and empty the cache…
But my wordpress is again on 5.7 (for the compatibility with some plugins…).
Do you have find the soluce ?
Best Regards
Hello @rolandtor19 !
Do you empty the cache when you do the modifications ?
And I remark taht it is neccessary to wait some seconds after the save to see the changes on my website and dashboard. Then you can try desactivate one per one your plugins to see if there is defferent. Sometimes we don’t think about all the interactions between plugins.
Good luck !

In reply to: [LearnPress - Course Review] The review does not saveHello Crisses,
Indeed the setting in WordPress is not alone problem.
I had to change my plugin for security (ITheme security) because it blocks the reviews. So I choose Secupress instead of ITheme security, and now it ok for the reviews. If you find the good setting with your plugins of cache and security maybe you won’t have to change your plugin.
Gook luck.
Hi @ddevuono !
You can try to delete the courses in levels PMP and save. Adn after You empty the cache and add the courses from each level PMP. you have to wait a few minutes to verify access to the course.
I saw that sometimes it works…
I have other problem (with Learnpress courses reveiw) and I see that maybe it is from with plugin for security (ITheme security).
So you can disable your plugins one per one to see the different.Good luck !

I resolve this problem to change the setting of the comments for the webside (no in Learnpress).
Best regards !
Hi @rowea345 !
I think that this problem cames from the plugin LearnPress – Paid Membership Pro Integration.
With the big update of WordPress 5.7 and alls plugins (Learnpress and PMP), the problem resolved. I take off the plugin no essential and I emptied the cache and some minutes after it was ok.It is possible there were an incompatibility between plugins and that iterfered with LearnPress – Paid Membership Pro Integration.
The support of Thimpress didn’t help me no more…

Indeed, I think with this test that the problem comes from the plugin Integration.
I will create a new ticket to the support Thimpress.Thnak you for your help and your attention.

Indeed I had not a post in my wesite.
So I created 3 posts : one free, one with acces level 1 free and one with access level 2 paying. There is not probleme to acces to this posts with my user testing.
All buttom tout enroll or subscrire are displayed. What do you recommend that I do ? Contact again with Learnpress / Thimpress ?
Thank you for your attention.
Yes, I confirm : users exist for level 1 and then you create a course for level 1 and user’s cannot access it at all unless they purchase after the course has been created.
Hi @andrewza
I alredy asked about that to support Learnpress. But they answer me that it is a problem with PMP and no Learnpress… And the support of my theme WP (Edubin) said ma that the probleme doesn’t come from the theme.
I feel like neither Learnpress nor Paid Membership Pro really wants to help me. So I see the videos to install this plugins, I upgrade them or change de version, etc… but
I have no track to solve the problem. At this moment I don’t know if this problem is with learnpress or only with PMP. So maybe, an other user of PMP has the same problem and could he help me ?…
Hello !
It is possible but I don’t understood how to modify this in Learnpress. And how does this interact with Pro Membership Pro ?
Could you know how modify this, please ?

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Lessons can not accessHello !
I have the same problem since monday. Only the news users or free users can acces on the courses. The old users can not access at the content of lesson.
I use Paid membership Pro and the plugin Paid Memberships Pro add-on for LearnPress. I try to install the old version of this plugins but no change…
And when I duplicate the old courses who are ok, it is the same problem…
