I did mentioned that I was working on a newly installed WordPress with only Elementor and this plugin installed. No custom code, themes or anything else added at that point, and the font I tried is free to download on Google Fonts. Not sure how else to troubleshoot and you gave me no suggestions either.

You can go ahead and mark this as resolved since I don’t need help anymore, I went with a different option. Hopefully the support can be more helpful for the next person having the issue.

I had actually looked through the forum before creating this thread and did notice the same thing has been posted multiple times with the same response.

I attached a screenshot to show that the font doesn’t load, so I feel like you replying “Well, it works for me so it must be working”, is not really addresing the issue and feels a little dismisive since I did my due diligence before posting (check documentation/instructions, check for plugin conflicts, check the forum for similar threads, etc.).

I did follow the same steps in the video (which is basically one step if I don’t count installing the plugin) and the font still did not show on the editor, so I had to go with a different plugin since I couldn’t find any other suggestions or possible solutions from your replies on similar threads.

Great if it works on your end, but that doesn’t really solve my problem.

Having the same problem with WordPress 6.6 and ElementsKit 3.2.1

None of these worked, I ended up having to reset the installation and start again. Seems to be ok now, no idea what the issue was.

As you can see, the only other plugin I have installed is Limit Login Attemps, because like I mentioned this is a newly installed WordPress. I created the Maintenance template and after I left the editor I was not able to edit it again. I had already tried Safe Mode and it does not work. The active theme is Hello and the error persist with default themes also.

I can edit newly created pages but not the maintenance template and home page.

It’s from the repository, not a PRO version but I’ll keep an eye for what plugin conflict might be causing it.

Hi Victor, it’s not a specific page having the issue. Like I mentioned, the filters stopped working, so when I went to check the plugin settings I noticed that they had gone back to default and updated them again, but I had noticed it happen once before.

My site is currently on a temporary domain before launching, but I’m afraid this will happen again when the site is live.
