I cant contact the theme developer if I dont know what the issue is. Also the theme has no issues with any other plugin and my platform uses a lot of them. I’m cantacting you via your email in the hope we can resolve this. Thanks

Im quite happy to do what it takes to get this plugin working. So no worries.

Turns out the culprit is the template I use : videopro
When I switch to basic template, your pages load. When I return to my template, your plugin pages go back to not loading properly.

Console says :

I’d be happy to help, but I have no idea how to “re-enact” the hack. You see, someone came to my site, did the deed, then emailed me to alert me that he hacked mycred on my site to prove his point. If you tell me where to email you, I can pass on his email address if you think that will help.

UPDATE : MyCred and another plugin “WP Security Audit Log” caused the incompatibility which prohibited me from adding/changing hooks. Worth checking?

I need some feedback.

My problem is I suddenly can’t add/change Hooks.
My current PHP version is 5.6.30
Could this be the problem??

If this is not the problem, what do you suggest? I have a live site, so I can’t be messing around too much.

I see. Ok. So, where can I find your changelog? Maybe that way I can work out what has changed from this updated version to the previous one. It is never smart to stay with an old version of a plugin for security reasons. So, do you have any updates scheduled?

The GDPR does not work the way you say. Your DPA is there to oblige me, your customer, to assume all responsibility of potential GDPR non-compliances. Between your Privacy Policy and your DPA, things are extremely muddy.

Can I just change text with something like Loco Translations instead of re-uploading your plugin from github?
