In reply to: [WP Extra File Types] There was a problem while verifying your file.Would love an update on this as well. We ended up having to state on our file upload that we can only support PDF files – our audience is engineers working in CAD programs so we’re making them do extra work to send us their files for review.

In reply to: [WP Extra File Types] There was a problem while verifying your file.I’m having the same problem with Gravity Forms. Can upload to the WP media library, but get a “file not supported” error when uploading through the form.
Followed your troubleshooting guidelines, but still having issues. Note: our form has been working fine for months, this issue is a recent problem. We did plugin compatibility testing, as well as rolled back our version of Contact Form 7 to see if that was the issue, but nothing has worked so far. Please advise. https://www.vitexextrusions.com/resources/aluminum-extrusion-ordering-guidelines/
I am having the same issue. Debugger says “STATUS : Email submission: Sent Mail Ok ” and data does get passed to MailChimp. However, the form just hangs as shindymedia notes and users in my case never get shown the PDF they are requesting. Please advise. Thank you.
