I was having the same issue and realized I was grabbing the wrong API tokens. There are actually 2 locations they put those…one global token for the account itself and then they have an API token for the individual “servers” you can create. If you select your server another navigation will show up below the main one with more options. Look for the link labeled credentials and you will see “Server API token”. This is the one you put in WordPress settings under the postmarkapp plugin. Once I put the correct token in I was able to send a test message through the settings page.

I am also receiving this error written to the error_log file. I am on a Multisite install and I have uninstalled the plugin, verified that all zerospam tables were removed and then reinstalled. An error is recorded every time a user hits my site. Error is below:

ecros, I have the same scenario as you. Were you able to find a different solution that works for you?

After deleting the error log, it has not persisted. I will keep an eye on it.

I’m sorry…I meant to add the version and forgot. I am on 2.3.1. The only configuration that may be different with my setup is I am using a Multi-Site install. The plugin is “Network Enabled” so I can utilize it across multiple sites.
