@fahad I was having the exact same problem. When someone was attempting to Proceed to Paypal during check out, it kept refreshing the page. I then deactivated all plug-ins and troubleshooted one by one. It ended up being the “easy upload file” plugin that was causing the refreshing of the page. I tried Leon’s suggestion to display on the cart page instead of display on the checkout page, and it worked perfect. My website is https://www.ityperesumes.com. Right now, I’m using another plugin for my needs, but just wanted to let you know.

@chezzone THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Man, this is troubleshooting 101 and is perfect for a newbie like me. Yes, that helped. It was actually the “Easy Upload Files During Checkout” plugin Version 1.1.1 that was causing the problem. So I’m going to look for a new upload file plug-in that’ll work for me. Again thank you, you’ve saved me hours and a few gray hairs.
