Hi Katrina. Not to hijack this, but I think the placement of a very important button is less than ideal. I know I don’t normally look in the right column at all, let alone at the bottom. Most plugin creators save this for extra information that doesn’t always pertain to me. Seeing it on top would make the most sense but, to be honest, I’d like to see it in the main column above every other piece of content on the page.

I’ve gone ahead and added it but it doesn’t seem to be working yet. I still need to completely disable Kaspersky and sometimes that doesn’t even do it (but that’s not your issue). Ack

FF 3.6.13.

I simply signed into my dashboard, clicked the link in the sidebar to view the contests and clicked the button to generate the winner for the only contest I have up (after manually closing comments). It changed to the loading animation but nothing ever occurred.

ETA: For whatever reason, I am not able to load or reject winners but not confirm them. I have recently upgraded to WP 3.0.4 but I suspect this may have something to do with Kaspersky because I was working when I had it initially disabled

I was wondering if it’s possible to have any of those elements span more than one column? Either by tweaking the coding? Or maybe a plugin?

I agree. The screen shots show this working with the new silver theme as well as the old blue theme. I’d simply like to switch to the blue theme.

I no longer have multiple sidebar files in my theme directory but I am still interested in a smarter/neater way of doing this.

Good news. I’ve figured out how to do this minus separate template files by adding this to my page.php. I would still love to be able to do away with the separate sidebar files altogether to further simplify so thoughts are welcome!

I’ve actually run across that problem with a different plugin so I decided to install yours just to see. When I try to press Activate, this comes up

The plugin does not have a valid header.
