Some errors on the code because I receive blank pages when I click “add to cart” or “proceed to checkout”…

Sorry to bother you again with this topic, I’m sure you’ve been answering it for a while now but I’m still not sure how I shall progress to enable the function exec().
The message I get is:
Your system administrator has disabled this function.
However, I’m the system admin.

I don’t know how to code, and I’m using One.com as a hosting provider.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I’ve run the trace route was you suggested, but I have no idea what would be a “normal” path length…

I can check my dns and cns settings but don’t really understand them and know what to change…
Alternatively, I can contact them and ask for help, but what shall I tell them to do?
