I deactivated all email aller options and then reactivated it. That didn’t help. I sent a diagnostic report to [email protected]. I used wordfence/tools/diagnostics and I clicked on “send report by email”, but no one has answered me yet.

That’s good news, because it still doesn’t work. Although I have enabled the integration of Themify Builder in the Complianz plugin (see Jarnovos advice). But still so much for the help.
