The reviews in the widget typically update automatically within about a day. However, if you’d like to speed up the process, you can click the ‘Save and get code’ button in the widget editor. By saving the widget, the reviews that are visible in the editor will be updated immediately.

It looks like the issue with the widget positioning in the mobile view is related to the z-index of the column element containing the widget. To fix this, you’ll need to adjust the z-index of the column to a higher value, such as 10000.

You can do this by editing the “Column” element in the Avada Builder. Navigate to the “Design” tab, and look for the Z Index setting. Once you set the z-index to 10000, this should resolve the issue of the widget being displayed below other components.

The free plugin displays your last 10 reviews. In the embedded widget, 4 reviews are visible. The remaining reviews do not have text, which is why they are not showing in the widget.

If you want to display these as well, go to the ‘Free Widget Configurator -> Set up widget‘ and uncheck the ‘Hide reviews without comment‘ checkbox, then click save.

If you’ve purchased the Pro package, you should use the code provided after clicking the “Save and get code” button in the widget editor, such as: [trustindex data-widget-id=c0a655d344e016177d06be1e6c].

You no longer need to use the “Free Widget Configurator” section of the WP plugin.
Everything can be managed through admin.trustindex.io, and the reviews will automatically update in the embedded widget.
