I see that the widget and the Google Business profile are both showing 8 reviews.

With our free WordPress plugin, you can manually sync the reviews every 10 days through the “My reviews”.

If you need daily automatic updates, this option is available in our Paid package.

The rich snippet added by the widget can be seen in the source code of the page. The rich snippet is not visible on the frontend of your website; it is read by Google’s index.
