I was happy to find out that once I updated Events Manager Zoom to version 1.2 it solved the problem.

The following Zoom Meetings I created through Events Manager, I could select “Registration required, automatic approval” and it stayed that way.

I found my mistake.

I updated Events Manager from version 5.9.7.3 to version 5.9.8.1 and the error disappeared.
