I will figure it out soon.
For now I think instead of removing images you can change settings and images(By uploading new image) if you want to add at specific order for the images. OR
You have option to create new category and in that catgory you can order the images as you want so that your first category remain save.

Sorry Ordering of images is not available.You can change the image and settings.

Sure Marc Honestly speaking Yesterday I got mail from floral editor for removing there editor and I was looking to replace the floral editor with the new one and Summernote is a good choice for that.
