Thank you so much for the hint to the tags in TM. For some reason I had a funny “Tel Link” tag (custom HTML) configured. I suppose it was setup to identify tel: links on link clicks trigger but somehow messed up the experience.

Hi James, thanks for your answer. I’ve had Autoptimize activated for non-logged-in users but that was configured to not optimize javascript at all, only css. Anway, autoptimize is now fully deactivated and I have no other similar tool running.

Thanks for your reply although I don’t agree that we have to use a plugin like WPML since WordPress comes with JavaScript internationalization support since 5.0.

New! JavaScript i18n support in WordPress 5.0

If the plugin is properly setup I should be able to create a JSON file containing the strings.

This is not something weird but happens to all who upgraded from 4.x.
Same here, none of the “old” polls are displayed on frontend, editable in backend… and it’s not even possible to view results/votes. This is really disappointing.
If I knew about your awesome “business model” before I wouldn’t have installed it.
