Hello, thank you so much for responding! I have no idea what happened with the emails I even checked spam. I went ahead and added you guys to my address book on gmail. I have been having issues upgrading on Step 3 there is no option to View Licenses, View Upgrades, or Upgrade Licenses. I attached the image of what I see. https://i.imgur.com/lHxCkkr.png
