It also happened to me! I opened a ticket at https://codeastrology.com/support like Saiful said, waiting on their return now..

I’m not using a plugin for the floating cart, its a theme feature. I’m using Kapee theme

Support helped me thru the website chat and now the issue seems to be resolved. I appreciate the help!

What they answered me was that my ticket has been replied and that was it. Don’t know what you want me to “check”. This issue is only going to be solved when someone from your team access my website with admin role and see whats going on

My god, do you really not understand the issue or are you plying dumb? The filters and settings of YOUR widget are not working!!! I set a number of products per page, and it just shows a random number of products regardless, and when there’s more products than the number per page I set, the load more button doesn’t show up and you can’t see all the products whitin that category!!

When you click on the categories on the left the “woo products” element doesn’t load all of the products within the category, and it also doesn’t show the “load more” button. Try clicking on a category with more than 20 products and count how many appear. It won’t show all of the products, and you won’t be able to see the rest of the products of that category because there isn’t a “load more” button.

On my products/shop page I have a taxonomy list(made with royal addons for elementor), and your “woo products” element. The user will filter by category clicking on the taxonomy list that shows my products categories.

I know the problem is not with the taxonomy list element, because when I access the products category URL from inside the admin panel (admin panel>products>categories), your element still doesn’t show them all correctly (by the number of products per page) and doesn’t show the load more button.

Also, the number of products per page NEVER works. Whatever number we set there, the element shows a random number of products per category.

It wasn’t a issue with the taxonomy list, it was display condition on my product archive page and type of query on the woocommerce products element.

We already contacted support and even they couldn’t figure out why doesnt it work. They said it might be a plugin conflict but we disabled all the plugins except for woocommerce, bakery builder and store manager connector and still didn’t work.

Nevertheless, we all know is not recommended to keep unupdated plugins active. If you really didn’t gave up on it, make the right call and update it.

I checked again, I didn’t make any changes but now both on desktop and mobile is showing the rectangular ad. I not being able to make one appear only on mobile and one only on desktop. If one of them appears on desktop, they appear on mobile too, it’s like they can’t identify the browser width or device.

The problem only occurs on my home page, all my plugins and theme are updated. I didn’t add any new plugin since last week
