Same question here. I tried similar names and even went thru the functions.php file to see if I could find the custom-post-type name. Any ideas would be appreciated!

My problem happened to be the DB collation. For some reason mine changed, and that fixed it! Thanks again for all your help!

Thanks – I ran the repair and was still able to add tables, but still no luck creating tables from WP. Do you think reinstalling WP or reverting to an old DB backup may provide some insight?

Good idea, but it looks like my SQL ID has all privileges enabled.

Sub folders. Each location is a separate site or blog.

Same issue, but mine is just div tags being cut off then causing layout shift down the page.

Just figured out my problem. If you are having this issue, and you have WP-Commerce installed, there is a conflict. Disable WP-Commerce and it should work just fine for you.

Please post a compatibility workaround if you discover one.

Clearing my cookies fixed my login issues as well.
