In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] Plugin strips #anchor tags from URLHi Averta,
Thanks for the straight answer, I will try to get a comment on this subject from the Themify team. Let’s see if they acknowledge (and hopefully fix) the bug in their software or not. Finally at least one of these two (the theme or the slider plugin) must contain a code that deletes the anchor tags from the URL.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] Plugin strips #anchor tags from URLHi Averta Support,
Yes, I have realized from the very beginning that there must be a conflict between the Themify Ultra theme and Master Slider plugin.
The most important thing that I wanted to know for certain is which code is the culprit that deletes the Anchor tag from the end of the URL. This is what I could not find out on my own, and the reason for asking your help.
Since you have full access and understanding of your own code, you should be in position to answer this question without any need for investing much of your time and effort to fix it (and referring to the support policy).
It is obvious that the anchor tag does not get deleted by accident or miracle, but there is a program code which deletes it.
My question is whether this code that deletes the anchor tag from the URL is in your plugin or not?
If it is not, then I will have to discuss the matter with the Themify team, and they will have a chance to fix their theme or prove you wrong. But if your code strips the anchor tag, then it would be a waste of a lot of time and effort to chase the bug in the Themify theme.
Again, I am not asking you to fix my test website. It will be deleted as soon as we close our conversation here. I am just trying to locate the origin of the code that does the stripping.
This determines the usability and value of the Master Slider and/or the Themify Ultra theme. And of course the openness and willingness of support to at least locate bugs like this.
This is an important information that will determine whether to use the theme and/or slider in future projects, or better choose other alternatives. If you chose not to answer this important question, then I will assume that your plugin strips the anchor tag, and thus you are motivated to hide the fact.

Thanks for looking into this issue.
The link to the WP login page with the username and password has been sent to your email address. At the moment only the Master Slider plugin is active for testing purposes, therefore the page is handicapped. If you want it to look as intended, then you will need to enable the list of plugins I have sent with the login data.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] Plugin strips #anchor tags from URLHi Averta_support,
Performed the tests you have suggested.
I have deactivated all the plugins and tested the anchor jump, which worked (although the jump location was a bit off, due to the missing blocks on the page).
Next, activated only one single plugin, the free version of Master Slider and tested again. As soon as the home page starts to load, the #anchor from the URL gets automatically deleted, and the page loads always only at the very top. The anchor jumps don’t work when Master Slider alone is active in the Themify Ultra child theme.
According to your suggestion I have also updated the WordPress to the latest version 4.4 and the same problem still exists.
Please note that My website uses a child theme of the Themify Ultra theme, and it is not built directly into the Themify Ultra. Also, the slider at the very top of the page is a built in slider that comes with the Ultra theme; it is not a plugin. There may be a conflict between the two sliders, but this is just a guess.
If you really want to find the bug, and where the conflict lies, I would really suggest you to log in to my WordPress and see it for yourself. I think www.remarpro.com does not provide a private messaging option, but we can find a way to send you the login user name and password. My test website is all yours for testing, it has no other purpose. It will be deleted as soon as we finish sorting out this issue.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] Plugin strips #anchor tags from URLHi Averta,
Now it has been quite a while since my last post, and it would be nice to know what is going on.
Are you doing anything to fix the problem?
As mentioned, the https://digital-arts.pe.hu has been set up exclusively for testing purposes to help fixing the issue. But if you don’t need it and don’t use it, then please let me know, and I will delete it and upload something else.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] Plugin strips #anchor tags from URLHi Averta,
Thanks for the response.
I was looking into how to deactivate the deep linking function according to your first request, but there is no such option in the free version.I have also changed the active theme, but it was not possible to test whether the issue exists or not, because all the content of the web pages were lost. I mean not really lost, just not displayed.
This is because the website uses the Themify Ultra theme which uses front end editing features, and the content is not within the original content editor box of WordPress. When I changed the theme back to the child theme of Themify Ultra, then the webpages showed up again properly.
The Themify Ultra is a free theme which you can download from:
https://hoganchua.com/how-to-create-a-wordpress-website-in-2015/#themifyhereSince the website https://digital-arts.pe.hu serves the exclusive purpose of testing and fixing this issue, I am willing to give you the links to the login page and the login information to the admin panel, and you can perform your own tests directly on this website. You are free to do with the website whatever you want, it contains no valuable content.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] Plugin strips #anchor tags from URLThe Master Slider is a nice plugin with excellent features.
However, if a plugin or any software destroys the proper functioning of other software, then it becomes a rogue software, like a virus.
I hope that the designers of this plugin did not intend this to be a rogue-ware. If the free version prevents the proper functioning of the anchor jumps, why would the users be motivated to buy the professional version?
Would anybody from Averta care to take a look into this issue?
