@rajuta999 i manged to fix the problem rolling back to an earlier version of our site. I haven’t tested which plugin and/or versions affected working with transdirect.

If you have a previous backup, try rolling back and test

I’ve tried downgraded WordPress core to 5.3.2 version and still not working

Yes both Autoptimize and Hummingbird.

i disbaled Automptimize = didn’t help
i disabled Hummingbird = worked.

I then reset all Hummingbird settings back to default = working again.

Must have been something we changed to increase performance.

@transdirect It’s been a week now, we are desperately seeking your help. Have you emailed that inbox? I don’t have access to it. Your support really sucks at the moment.
