Hi Nick – friendly ping to see when the plugin will be updated. Thanks!
Hi Nick, any updates on the plugin update? When do you think you can release it? Thanks for working on Gator Forms!
Are you able to get any replies when you ping them via their Website Contact Us? I tried it and got a reply. But the reply was completely blank! Go figure. Please let me know what your experience is like.
I’m wondering this too. I sent a request for help (BUG: Google API Access Code) but have yet to get a reply. I even paid money for Pro. Yikes.
Jess – you are awesome! I originally used Contact Form 7 and after reading some posts, I cut/paste a Recaptcha line in the Header. Now that I’m using WP Forms, I just removed that Recaptcha line in the Header. And now, viola, it works! You are awesome. Thanks!
Is the problem with Recaptcha? I tried both v2 and also Invisible.
How can I fix this?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Orange Box: Failed to send your messageWith Bluehost’s help, I am now able to successfully send a Test Email using WP Mail SMTP plugin.
However, when I am on the webpage (after clearing cache and refreshing on 2 devices) I still get the error:
– Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

I have tried contacting Bluehost many times. They said that they’re still working on it. ??
Now, here’s something interesting. I was able to get a successful Test Mail from WP Mail SMTP. I got that sent to my gmail. The sender is from the domain (the one that’s in Shared Hosting). So that was very encouraging.
But, yet, when I am the webpage (with Contact Form 7) and I fill out the form, I get an Error Message:
– Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.I am using Recaptcha and definitely cleaned cache and reloaded.
Is this a SPAM issue or a Hosting/Domain issue?
Suggestions on path forward?
Thanks. This is helpful. I don’t use GoDaddy. I use Bluehost. I do have shared hosting on Bluehost and have 3 accounts there. In one of the domain accounts, the WP Mail SMTP plugin works well and I get emails after a form is filled out. However, when I use the same settings and process for another domain (this current domain), I am not able to send an email after a form is filled out. I am also not able to successfully send a test email. In reading your suggested post, it looks like the issue is in the shared hosting account.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this for Bluehost?
Me as well. I get a 404 Not Found error. I am able to send/receive emails on the email account. However, when I use WP Mail SMTP to (a) send a test email or (b) send a real email as a Contact 7 Form response, I get an error. Please help!

1) Upon mouse-hover, I would like the Submit button to be this color:
– rgb(239, 97, 105); #ef61692) I would like to remove the Edit Form in lower left of the Button area.
3) I would like the prefill “Your email address” to be grey color:
– rgb(166, 166, 166)4) Upon type, I would like the prefill to be black color
– rgb(0, 0, 0)5) Lastly, can you please help decrease vertical gap between the Submit Button and the “Your email address” box?
Many, many thanks.
