With the simple short code of Contact Form 7 it works, also sending emails (that it didn’t send the email before I think it was my mistake).
Problem: When I ‘Go Back’ in a stage and then ‘Forward’ then the plugin sees the short code only as a text.
When I install the plugin new I get ‘headers already sent’ messages/warnings. Also with an older version: 4.1.2. But when I upgraded 4.1.2 to 4.3 the message/warning didn’t show up anymore.
Hope that helps and it’s not only confusing.

I installed the plugin on WordPress 4.2.1 and I get the following message:

The plugin generated 474 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

The problem I described at the beginning of these posts are on 4.2.4 and you have the problem on 4.3.

Sorry but please could you investigate further your plugin?

NO. I never used it (think so).

…I want to add that it also happens with a standard theme (Twenty Fifteen) and all plugins deactivated. It’s a more or less new installation.

The easiest work-around for the time being is to use the Link to page option and manually add a link back to the album from the gallery page.

I have the same problem as yourgoal. I want to change the size of the one (ONE) thumbnail of the album that leads to a gallery: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/add-album/
Extended Album.
I tried ‘Gallery > Gallery Settings’ but I still get the same as yourgoal: …the album thumbnail is still showing the default sizes (91X68).

Photocrati what do you mean with: …and I would recommend completely re-installing the plugin…??
