I’m not sure what this menas

Hello @babylon1999 , I tried to deactivate the plug-ins but things still weren’t working so I changed the theme instead. Update: The site is broken. I tried to redownload the botiga theme but it’s stopping midway and saying to contact support.

The image upload is what’s extremely slow

Hello Animesh, yes, I’m using that widget.

It only started yesterday. I have some things that are on auto-update (Jetpack included).

I have another problem. It seems that the add to cart button on mobile needs to be clicked twice for IOS before it actually gets added to the cart (tested on my phone). All other buttons are working fine except for the add-to cart.

@mk-chan I just reinstalled the entire theme right now under the themes dashboard and had to re-edit most of the stuff cause couldn’t wait for the support team to get back.
