Yes, we have live and also VOD content. For the moment, we have moved to SmashBalloon since we could not stay with this unsolved problem.

Problem solved:

I have deleted the plugin, cleaned the database with WP Database Cleaner Pro, and then reinstalled the plugin.

It works now.

And also one of the best service ever.

WP Fastest Cache does an amazing job on my website, and I’m considering to buy the Premium version. But I have the same concern as UnGlove (but not the same informatic knowledge…): if WP Fastest Cache is activated, when a user login and then turn back to the Home page, it looks like he is not logged. Indeed, it is very strange. I have done an example of what it was before here: https://www.lerosierdor.com/product/concert-de-noel-2005/ (look at Extraits Audio), and you can see that on all the others CD, there is no more any Custom Tab with audio Extracts.

Both times I did realize it by making a control check on this futur online shop. I really don’t know since when it is dissapear. There are a few weeks since the last time I did check these items.

Yes, we have migrated from a shared server to a cloud server, but everything did followed. And the first time I have meet this problem, we did not have migrated to a new server. All the others plugins are ok. This plugin has never been unactivated. I don’t use any Database cleaner. I just really don’t understand…

Do you know the name of the table associated with that plugin in my phpAdmin database?

My problem wit the taxes in Woocommerce seems to be non of the above. When I want to enter tax rates I can’t do anything, cause the system tells me it’s busy loading. It doesn’t show any rows and it doesn’t stop loading. I can’t add a row either.

I had the exact same problem than speedycerviche an carlosfuster. I just found the solution: it was a conflict with Visual Composer plugin. I have desactivated Visual Composer and everything is correct now.
