It sounds like you are experiencing a conflict between WooCommerce and another plugin you are using. Have you determined what the conflicting plugin is yet? If so, I would suggest reaching out to the plugin authors to see if the plugin in question is compatible with WooCommerce.

If you have yet to determine which plugin is conflicting, you can run a plugin conflict test, as explained here.

The text you are referring to is the privacy policy added to the store. You should be able to customize that text from Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Checkout -> Privacy Policy.

I understand you are having issues exporting products, updating the sale and regular price, then re-importing the files.

To do so, you will see a column for both Sale price and Regular price. That is what you will want to update on the .CSV file. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like from my staging site:

Sounds like you are experiencing a plugin conflict on your site. Without additional details, it’s hard to identify what the exact issue is. Are you using a ReCaptcha plugin that is not working with your site?

If so, I would suggest the reCaptcha for WooCommerce extension, as that is built to work with WooCommerce specifically.

I’ve had a look at your shop, and experienced the same as you described. On a desktop the cart page did show a thumbnail image, but when switching to mobile view, the image does not display.

When looking at the browser inspector, it appears that there may be some custom CSS code that is hiding the image. Here is what I see:

I can remove the display: none; part of the code, and the image appears, as seen here:

This code is either built into your theme, added with a plugin, or even added directly into the additional CSS area. I would expect that deactivating all plugins and changing themes to Storefront would display the image.

Sorry for the delay, I was off the grid for a few days. As for the issue you are describing, as I have been unable to replicate the behavior on a freshly setup staging site, it appears that there is code from a plugin or theme that is conflicting with the active payment gateways for your site.

If you have found an alternative plugin that works for your particular use case, that’s a great workaround. If you wanted to run a conflict test to try and decipher what the issue was, we have suggestions for how to do that on this page here:
