Please check the email sender options on WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email sender options. On that portion of the email settings page you should be able to edit the “From” address for the site.

I have looked at your site and have not been able to replicate this issue. I added a product to the cart, and when hovering over the cart in the menu, I was able to go to both the cart page, as well as directly to checkout.

If you are experiencing something different on your end, it is perhaps a browser caching issue. If you are still experiencing the issue on your end, you can find directions on how to clear your browsers cache on this page here:

As for your specific setup, please provide more information about how you have setup taxes for your particular site, and how you are applying the discount code. Is the discount code coming from a core WooCommerce coupon, or do you have a plugin that adds discount codes to your orders?

I would suggest using the Product Add-Ons extension. With that, you can create an add-on to the product, call it something like “Additional Prints”, and charge $5 for it.

#1. The Continue shopping button in Cart page is missing.

I’m not sure what continue shopping button you’re referring to. Would you be able to show an example of what you mean?

#2. The cart icon in the top menu doesn’t show the number of products added in the cart.

This is something related to the theme. I would say the first issue is also theme related, but I would like to see what you mean before confirming. Please reach out to Divi directly to see if they can help.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
