I repeat… the mails for the administrator, arrive perfectly to your mailbox.
The ones that don’t arrive are the mails for the customers.
So it’s not a smtp problem (otherwise they would not reach the administrator).

“then it sounds like the emails are getting blocked or flagged as spam on your guest’s side” Not so, I send emails from the administrator (not me) to my own email and I don’t receive them, not even as spam.
“Do the notifications show there?” I see the notification in the backend panel and they are received in the administrator’s email
“configuring the SMTP (which the Ultimate WP Mail plugin also has) to send emails from your WordPress via your real email address/server” I repeat: “I installed a SMTP plugin and that didn’t solve it either.”
I also tried with the manual sending of notifications, those are not received by the clients either.
