In reply to: [Plugin: Active Directory Integration] Single config for multisiteOK, followed again with your added suggestion.
Filled in all the ADI info again and when I tested an account I got this:
404 – File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
I just can’t do it this way it seems…Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Active Directory Integration] Need the Bind UserI’ve opened a ticket at https://bt.ecw.de/view.php?id=37 on this issue. Hopefully an optional bind user setup will be added back for the next version.
See Need the bind user for the fix.

In reply to: [Active Directory Integration] Need the Bind UserEdit the …plugins\active-directory-integration\ad_ldap\adLDAP.php file and locate the lines that contain the following:
protected $_ad_username=”;
protected $_ad_password=”;Add your bind account and password.
I agree that there should be an option to add this as I could not get things to work till I found these lines and added our bind account and password.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Lost access to admin – multisite/buddypressI had installed Active Directory Integration (ADI) and configured it, tested it and all seemed well. So I installed Buddypress and then configured it and tested it. Again, all seemed well so I logged out and found I could no longer login as the admin account.
I worked around the issue by changing the admin account details directly in MySQL’s wordpress db. The admin account remained valid while I was logged in but the installation of ADI changed the way the account is seen by wordpress. Once I updated the user_login and user_nicename to match what ADI is looking for the password worked and I got in again.
