Sorry in the delay responding. I was misunderstanding what was happening on the clients site. Since I posted on here, I found out the legit orders were not leaving the website and it was due to having too many autoloads in the database turned on. I have since turned off the “hogs” and orders are now being processed. This will be the first thing I check if this happens again. He has also turned off guest checkout to cut down the bad actors trying to process stolen cards. Customers are now required to create an account at the cart stage.
Stripe told us the ip address isn’t matching up? – Stripe shut down orders that did not match ip addresses…whatever that meant, I do not know. I am guessing referring to the bad orders (stolen cards).
You gave me a lot of good information, so I am glad I contacted regarding to the issue. Thanks!

I hope you see this soon because I cannot leave it like this on the site with the form not working. I have changed out the email the forms are going to so the client will not get our test emails.

After filling out the information and click submit, it acts like its sending and the page even refreshes but thats it. I know this to be true due to the confirmation notice that should show after sending the form show up on the page and also in the backend FluentForms keeps all entries. There is nothing there.This is all I can tell you. Did you click on the link I added from FluentForms tech support? They show were the issue was. Maybe that can help you troubleshoot? I do not know.

So if the client uploads an image 3000px x 3000px, ShortPixel will automatically resize the width to 1200 and the height will be adjusted or remain the same as the size being uploaded (3000px)? I need it to automatically adjust of remaining the same height as upload. Thanks

@dumitru Brinzan – Thanks for posting the instructions, however, I tried everything, even the contact information in header will not show up. It just doesn’t work for me. The screenshot looks great, wish it would work out for me but doesn’t. Thanks anyway.

Going elsewhere for another theme that will work for me.
Getting attacked again! I also installed BruteProtect just as an added security measure. They are trying to use domain names now. I also made sure to check immediately block wrong user names. Placed site on high security. Hopefully they will get tired of trying my site and move on.
