I only need to charge tax in Virginia. Before this latest update everything was working fine. Now taxes are being calculated for every state. My DEFAULT CUSTOMER ADDRESS is set to Shop base address and the only rate I use is STANDARD, which is set to VA for 5.3%

I did it by decreasing the padding in the CSS. Removing menu items is not a very good option.

First you must create your pages. Then you can arrange them in your Menu widget.
