In reply to: [WooCommerce] attributes not savingI’ve resolved the issue. I did not add the attributes to variations, so they weren’t showing up.
I have purchased the Pro version. Where can I find out how to do this? Do I have to start all over?
The solution you sent me works perfectly. However, now my client only wants discounts when someone buys multiple of the SAME DVD or Blu-ray, not on any combination of them. How can I fix this?
Thanks in advance.
My products are variable. Would that make a difference?
Well … I tried this using both 1 and 2 in the BUY GROUP > Group Amount. I do not see the option for Get Group Amount Type. Is this only in the Pro version?
I’m still a little confused. My client sells CDs and DVDs. First one (of either) is $25.00, tax and shipping are included. Additional CDs of DVDs are $10.00, tax and shipping included. No limits to how many — just have to buy one at $25 to get the others for $10. Seems like it should be very simple, but the Pricing Tier documentation is throwing me.
Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest WooCommerce Update is causing problemsThank you. One last related question. Another client is drop shipping from PA and is only charging tax in PA and VA (her home base). I have listed all the tax rates for who should be taxed, but should I use PA or VA for home base?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest WooCommerce Update is causing problemsI’m sorry to seem so dense but still confused. Since I only have VA listed under Standard Rates that means if their address is not in VA they will not be taxed?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest WooCommerce Update is causing problemsI changed that under Tax Options. Under General Options I have Default Customer Address set as shop base address (which is in VA). Correct?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest WooCommerce Update is causing problemsBut it IS charging tax on non VA states. This wasn’t happening before the newest update and I MUST get it resolved. Please help instead of telling how it SHOULD work when it isn’t. ;-(

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest WooCommerce Update is causing problemsHow do I prevent that from happening? I do not want to charge tax for any state but VA.
