@macmanx you discriminately ignore the FACT that Kazakh version has been translated for 57% and it is still not qualified. But, Azeri version with 32% and Tatar version with its 28% function all right.

Either you have problems with math and logic, or you ignore the truth on purpose.

@macmanx you are wrong! For example, Tatar and Azeri versions of WordPress have been translated almost twice less than the Kazakh version. But, one can use the Tatar and Azeri versions. Why you discriminate Kazakh-language users?

It was a theme’s malfunctioning. Of course, the simple solution would have been to change the theme. But, such a step inevitably entails widgets’ and Google Adsense issues: I would have reinstalled some widgets and services.

It was a mistake by a hosting company.

https://www.archive.is saves my non-Latin script pages, when I have switched to another permalink type under my old theme with “Redirection” plugin activated. But, saving my non-Latin script pages in https://web.archive.org is possible only after choosing a new WordPress theme.

You site is lacking the <meta charset="UTF-8" /> tag telling the wayback machine what character encoding is used. It’s likely assuming some other encoding since you’ve not specified. This tag is especially important for non-Latin characters.
Your html tag also says the page is in US English while it’s clearly not. This would not be the cause of gibberish text though. It’s just something I noticed.
The lack of a charset tag is due to your theme. If your theme is not subject to periodic updates you could simply edit the appropriate template file, usually header.php but YMMV.

I tried to insert this tag manually and with “Meta Tag Manager” plugin. No result. By the way, the change of permalink type helped, but I must find a solution to redirection problem.

O my goodness! I finally updated my site. What helped me? I set permissions for all files (644, except .htaccess and wp-config with their special permissions) and directories (755). Perhaps, some files and directories had had wrong permissions.

The site went completely unresponsible: no content, no access to WordPress dashboard. Only Cpanel survived. And there was an inscription on a white screen that I must contact the site’s administrator. Only after the removal of the plugin from a plugins’ folder the site has been restored.

Oh, I see. The plugin must have been installed on a clean experimental site, not an active one.

For example, this post for a few days freezed with 804 views indicated, while the number of its views rose steadily. Now, the problem’s gone.
