Marcus,
Cool. Is that something you plan to do within the next four months? If so, I’ll hold off on hiring a developer to integrate the two plugins.
Thanks,
KellyI see. Thank you so much for the quick reply!
Thanks for sharing this!
Question: Yoast SEO points all the URLs on my events manager event search page to mydomainname.com/events, thereby preventing users from seeing the actual event posts. Would your solution address that or is this a different problem?
Thanks,
KellyThank you. I searched on this one in this forum, but didn’t see it. Sorry about that.
Thanks, Marcus. A developer is working on a solution now. I hope we can get it to work. I really like the plugin.
Kelly
Hi,
I think I’ve found the source of the problem. My theme is running on JQuery 1.4.1 and Events Manager is running on 1.8.5. I’m not sure how significant the functionality differences are, but if it’s possible, I’d like to try to rollback the Events Manager JQuery. Please let me know if that’s worth a try and how I might go about doing it.
If it’s not worth a try, I’ll look for a developer who might be able to upgrade my theme. The original developer isn’t available for any freelance work.
Thanks,
KellyThanks for the reply.
I tried your suggestions and the one that worked was installing it on a new theme.
I’d really like to get this plugin or the paid one cooperating with my premium theme, which I think are both great. Would you recommend that I ask my theme developer to do the customization? Or try to upgrade to the paid one to see if it works.
Thanks,
Kelly
