Yes, Of course I can help, As I see, That one site has some conflict with this plugin. Like, There might be some code in active theme or any other plugins that conflicting with this plugin.

If you like to share and elaborate the actual issue in more details with that one site. So, I will definitely help in this! Please provide some screenshot of the issue if possible!

Additionally, It would be very helpful if you share the details of active plugins and theme for troubleshot the issue quickly!

Hello, First of all my apology for let response.

I checked the issue from my end but I can’t regenerate it. So, Can you please share more details about this issue like,

1. In which browser you faced this issue?
2. Which page editor are you using?
3. Are you using any other product category plugin for this? Because It may be conflict with each other.

So, Currently I continue to find and regenerate the issue. It will fixed in release of next version of this plugin, Once found!

Yes,
You can do this by using the Shortcode method. Please use ids=”” attributes, by passing all the categorie’s ids by comma separated.

You can find the category id by visiting the single category page in backend OR just hover to that specific category and you can find the link to showed up at bottom left side.

For reference please check the below example. Thanks!

ids="33,11,45,67,43,33"

For the Category link issue,
I’ve already provided the link to the all Product categories on frontend. But, Sometimes there are some circumstances for that.

So, To solve your issue please go through below suggestions,

• Please update the Permalinks by going,
  Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Select Post Name > Update
• Please Check & Verify that,
  The Assigned categories for that specific products is Correct at Backend.
• Please Check & Verify with creating New page using DIVI with name of Product Category OR Anything and Use Shortcode there.
• In DIVI, There is one Code Module(</>) by default. So, Use this Module for the Shortcode.

Yes, This plugin works with DIVI theme by using Shortcode.

So, Once you installed & activated this plugin. Go to Dashboard > Product category (left side in menu) > How to use? > Shortcode tab here you can find the shortcode, Just copy & use it anywhere in your site by changing it’s values according to your requirement. You can also refer the Documentation that I’ve provided for the same in How to use?.

The latest version of the plugin is out. I have added the new Shortcode attributes for the no image. Now, Just adding the cat_image="false" in your Shortcode, The Category thumbnail image will hide in frontend. So, Please update to latest version.

As you can see my plugin’s folder structure, There is no Javascript files in it. But at some of the point I needed some JS works too. So, I used some of the script tags for that. There is very less JS works. Therefore, Might be you do not worry about your site speed issue when using this plugin. ??

I will release the latest version of this plugin by end of this month. To fixes your image Alt tag issue & fixes other coding related issues. So, Keep in touch. ??
